How to analyze a link, choose a real format and troubleshoot a download.

Analyze and download
Paste a public Facebook, TikTok, Instagram or direct media URL, select Analyze link, review the real formats returned, then choose Download. Your browser controls the final file save location and native download UI.
Direct, bridge and processing
Direct means the source sends the file to your browser. Bridge means the selected progressive file passes through Suri when required for reliable browser download. Processing required is offered only for supported separated streams; temporary results expire automatically.
If analysis fails
Confirm that the URL uses HTTP or HTTPS, is publicly accessible without login, identifies one media item rather than a playlist, and has not been deleted or restricted. Try again after a short interval if the source temporarily limits requests.
Safe support details
When requesting support, include the platform, browser or Android version, approximate time, selected quality and visible error code. Do not send passwords, cookies, signed media URLs or account tokens.
