Privacy Policy
How Suri Downloader processes links, anonymous metrics and media delivery data.
Effective and last updated: August 10, 2026
Data we process
We process URLs you submit, source type, returned metadata and selected format to provide analysis and downloading. Network addresses may be processed transiently for security, rate limiting and service delivery. We do not ask for source-platform credentials and do not support private or login-protected content.
Analytics and daily metrics
The website uses Google Analytics 4 and first-party daily metrics. Events may include page views, analysis results, source category, quality, file size, duration and delivery mode. We do not send full submitted URLs, signed media URLs, cookies, tokens or passwords to analytics. A random browser identifier is converted by the server into a rotating daily HMAC hash; raw IP addresses are not stored in the metrics database.
Media delivery and retention
Direct downloads travel from the source or CDN to your device. Supported bridge downloads stream the chosen file through Suri without being saved as a permanent media library. Supported rendering may create temporary input and output files; production settings expire result files after 30 minutes and job records later. Analyzer state and signed delivery URLs are short-lived.
Third parties and security
Submitted public URLs may be requested from the relevant source platform. Google Analytics receives minimized event data under its own terms. We use HTTPS, input validation, network protections and access-controlled internal metrics, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and contact
You may block browser storage or analytics through browser controls, although anonymous operational security processing may still occur. Do not submit personal or confidential URLs. Privacy requests should use the Contact and Support page; an owner-approved support mailbox or form remains required before public release.
